Youth Helpline Services

Whether it's by giving us a call on our youth helpline (free from cells and landlines), TXTing us or emailing us, there are a number of services that you can link in with.

  • Free phone 0800 37 66 33 for 24/7 support
  • Free TXT 234 between 8am and midnight

  • To receive daily inspirational automatic TXTs from Youthline, free TXT 'inspireme' to 234

It's normal to worry about asking for help - but at Youthline we are simply here to listen and help you figure out what is right for you. We know that it can be a bit freaky and that you might have a lot of questions about how the service works before you ring, so we've put together some answers to commonly asked questions, so you know what to expect when you get in touch with us.
